Welcome to For Beer’s Sake. A podcast by beer lovers for beer lovers about beers we can find and purchase in Japan. We are Brit, Charles & Peter who live in Japan and love good craft beer. We will travel around Japan tasting and commenting on all sorts of Craft Beers sharing our love of them with you.

WE’RE BACK! After a short break, and boy are we EXCITED!!! Some real Gold Medal winners in this lot! Shiga Kogen beers from Tamamura Honten Co. a sake brewery. Eight beers, all purchased from the Nagano area, where the brewery is situated. Sit back and enjoy the boys discuss these fantastic local Japanese Craft beers!
Today we tasted some great beers from the Heart of Darkness brewery, which is located in Vietnam. Some beers from Massachusetts and the Night Shift Brewing Brewery also a solid beer from Japan and the Far Yeast IPA.
