I'm not in professional ministry but I am looking for a church and it's interesting to hear how pastoral ministers think. Possibly because there's a lot said here that I'm not even aware is going over my head, the episodes are largely an easy-listening sort of resource for when I don't want to be deep thinking... until... PLOP! They drop some pithy concept in my path that I'm blessed to reflect on. A podcast on my Favorites page.
