In the first episode of 2026, the 2025 Boxing Day test is the major topic of discussion, after it was the second test in this Ashes series to finish inside 2 days with England claiming their first test win in Australia in nearly 15 years. Will the Melbourne Stars finally get their title, as they are undefeated and flying in BBL15 thus far. And the Worlds Darts Championship is down to the quarter finals with Luke the Nuke Littler looking near on a certainty to claim the crown for a second consecutive year!
It's the final episode of FTLOS for 2025 and Australia certainly gave us all an early Christmas present, wrapping up the 2025/26 Ashes on day 5 at the Adelaide Oval, with a 5-0 whitewash now firmly at the front of mind! Todd Murphy and Jhye Richardson are in to the Aussie squad for the Boxing Day test with a record crowd expected at the MCG and the Brisbane Heat pull off one of the bigest run chasers in BBL history! A very Merry Christmas to you all, look forward to 2026!
In the second edition of my interview series I catch up with NSW Little Athletics Board Member Mike Curtin. We talk all things athletics, its progression and strength at both a local and national stage currently, and how he hopes to add to that throughout his tenure.
