I'm not sure about you, but I've been part of a number of organizations, teams, and companies throughout my life - and very few of them had core values that ACTUALLY drove their decision-making. In this episode, we'll dive into our first attempt at establish core values for our company, why it wasn't impactful, and how we changed our approach to become a team that is ACTUALLY living according to their values.

Episode Overview This is the inaugural episode of the Founder Fight Club Podcast (and yes, we invented that name AFTER we recorded it).
