Chase Hudson is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Parkwest Real Estate and oversees the firm’s commercial platform. Prior to forming Parkwest in 2022, Chase worked as a Vice President with Dakota Pacific Real Estate, a regional developer based in Salt Lake City. While with Dakota Pacific, he managed over 900K square feet of operating assets and was involved in the development, capital raising, and execution of over 1M square feet of commercial real estate, totaling $200M in total capitalization. Prior to joining Dakota Pacific, he worked with J.P. Morgan in the Real Estate Americas group in Los Angeles, one of the largest open-ended funds in the United States. While with J.P. Morgan, Chase was responsible for acquisitions and asset management, including overseeing a portfolio of multifamily, office, and retail properties valued at over $500 million on behalf of institutional clients. Chase earned a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
