Dominance as a governance issue. First principles for perspective. Witness and reframing. Holding both sides and all paths. Stretchy Imagination.
The path is not linear, with backwards and forward steps. It is like breath - exchanging between the inner and outer: the inner knowing (always there) can be expanded into the external, and the external (which we can influence but not control) is internalized / experienced —> and is woven. Our living is dynamic, fluid, searching, explorative, expressive. Can be expanded into a series contemplating the circular exchange between Inner and Outer.
Contextualizing your life - Process is a type of forgiveness - Removing your attention from what “could have been” to unlock your potential: Realizing you are the one who continues to bind yourself, so you are the one who can unleash. Replacing energy. What can you invite in?
Pattern of consciousness - not that anyone can really wrap words around it but trying to do unravels preconceptions. This is a few notes for now.
Integration while moving throughout the day, throughout your life. Your core is your anchor as you move - similar to how our planet spins and is home to what flourishes.
…and one of those “others” could be your higher self (being curious)
If I don’t publish now, I won’t do it until much later. Have so many of these brief compact messages.
There are times we may feel undeserving because of our inner state not matching where and what we feel we “should” be. This is a reminder we are met in every moment, as we are, a part of everything, woven into the fabric of being. Self guided talk and breathing through into that space. Be met where and how you are. This is a practice. This is a part of living.
Things work in “ineffable” ways perhaps because it is figuring out its own thoughts - as are we. What do we want to see in the world? What do we worry about (as a result of living in this multi player mental play ground of others?) We are the biggest thing (experiential) in this world, but can also be the macro - connecting the micro to the macro: realizing the oneness of self = spiritual experience —> Leaving this last part as an intro to the next episode, can never be sure what will flow out and didn’t quite make it to this early hours note. It’s for later.
You are not the drop in the ocean. You are the ocean in a drop.
I’ll relisten and take notes for description later. That’s how this rolls.
Listening to the spirit within everything: including your expanded yourself. Today was a reminder that I asked to recover the child I was, bring her into the adult I am now and realized that includes vulnerability. That is where strength begins. It would help for context to know me as a person that vulnerability is not my first choice, it feels too - well, vulnerable. But that’s where we all began. What strengths can we recognize, recover, renew? Remember
A few practices in creating perspective, play, and surprising what would normally make you fearful
Another one that will need a re-listen to list out the topics.
The point to which you are conscious of it, qualifies your experience. The flow of practice.
