Fresh, Local, Honest The Podcast is back! This season we are socially distant but still strong together. Our first guests are Amanda and Gurvinder from Fresno area food truck, Twisted Masala. We'll learn about their take on bringing Indian-inspired dishes to the masses, the journey that led them to opening a food truck, and what it was like opening right when the COVID-19 Pandemic hit our community.
