We share our journey blending our families in two homes and navigating motherhood. We discuss lifestyle, marriage, parenting and current events. We pride ourselves on not being typical cookie cutter moms and live life laughing at ourselves and bonding over our sarcasm. Hey besties! Welcome back to a new season... Season 6 not 5... My bad. We're testing out a new set up and didn't get the hang of it until episode 2 so PLEASE be patient with the video version, we did our best editing. There is a jump in the video where we abruptly change topics, I had to cut out a chunk due to audio issues and I apologize! Today we're all over the place as usual... one day we'll be more organized, today is not that day. Please keep in mind everything in this video is OUR opinion and what worked for US. My husband has full custody of my step son. We were given it when he was young and recently to move to Florida had to go to court again and kept it and the move was allowed. It was for sure a really hard thing and some clear sexism came to play in obvious ways. I'm a mental health therapist and agree that 50/50 is ideal. It's been a personal struggle to let go of that set up and dream. Listening to you guys is refreshing to remember that exists.
