In this episode, I share a bit of the lessons I've learned during my sabbatical. As well as how I have truly been feeling since coming back.

I did it! And I am back. I thought it would only be fair to come back with a couple of debrief episodes of my sabbatical. In this episode, I talk about how it has been being back and starting work. These recent weeks have really sparked my interest in how people experience time. Hearing 'same old, same old' made be realise how the days can literally daze away if you let it.
