The information in this episode is timeless and good for us at any time! The Definition of WELLNESS: the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort.3 John 1:2:  Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.The Definition of STRENGTH: the quality or state of being strong; bodily or muscular power; vigor; mental power, force, or vigor; moral power, firmness, or courage; power by reason of influence, authority, resources, numbers, etc.“That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man.” Ephesians 3:16I would say that there have been times in all of our lives when we just didn’t think or feel as though we had the strength to make it to the next day, or to resist a temptation, or complete a God–given task. There is strength available to you and me that goes far beyond this natural strength that we tend to rely upon so much. It is a supernatural strength that comes from God Himself and this strength is already resident on the inside of every believer.
