In today’ episode we will talk about Joy and Pain as our readings focus on Job and the healing provided by Jesus and need to pause and reflect on our daily joys and pains to see how it all fits in understanding our relationship to God and our own faith.
In this episode we will explore why we may choose not to answer God's call or we may not really know what it is to be called to God or a lot of times, what does it really mean to come and follow Jesus.
This week's readings guides us to hear God's call and exploring where Jesus live within us. As we ponder these lessons, the phrase "Here I am, Lord" comes to mind. It echoes the response of those who were called by God in the scriptures. Jesus seeks to heal us, but we must come, see, and give ourselves to Him. Embracing the call requires an openness of heart and a willingness to surrender to the divine guidance that leads us towards a path of spiritual well-being.
Today, we celebrate the Epiphany of the Lord. Throughout this past week, the readings from John and the Gospel of John took us on a journey of finding Jesus.In this episode we will journey through John’s writings to visit John the Baptist and the Apostle Andrew as they call to others their witness to the manifestation of the Messiah.
To what did we bear witness? What just happened? Did you see what I saw? Can you believe that just happened? Now what?In this episode we will explore what it means to bear witness and the impact it can have on our daily lives.
Have you ever found yourself at a crossroads, unsure of the path ahead? Perhaps you've experienced a moment where the whispers of doubt crept in, and you wondered, "Is God trying to tell me something?"
