Today on the Grit Performance Podcast we had the pleasure of interviewing an amazing guest. Jeff LoVecchio is a former professional hockey player from Chesterfield, MO who now owns multiple businesses including his apparel line, Give More Be More, and his coaching business, RIPT Hockey.I've been following Jeff for some time now and consider him someone I look up to in a lot of ways, so it was an honor to get him on the podcast. In this episode, we cover everything from his back story, to his advice for "general population" to some more specified advice for athletes looking to get better. This isn't about "secrets" or some other marketing hype that is so often seen in the fitness world. We discuss what will ACTUALLY work in changing your health and performance alike.Be sure to Subscribe to the channel if you got value from the episode and check us out on Instagram at @fueledbygrit_ .If you want to see more of what Jeff is doing, be sure to give him a follow on Instagram as well @jefflovecchio.If you want this podcast in an audio form (or you want to check out any other episodes) search "Fueled By Grit" on your go-to podcast listening service!Support the show (https://www.fueledbygrit.com/online-store)
