Full-Time MBA Program - Overview

UNC Kenan-Flagler's MBA program features a highly coordinated flexible curriculum with a global perspective that prepares you to compete and succeed. The MBA Program combines functional knowledge and analytical skills, and provides dynamic international exposure to integrate and apply these tools. Hallmarks of our Program's first year include class sizes of 70 students, emphasis on team building, leadership training and communication classes, and individual attention. Our core curriculum is designed to create a unique and individualized educational experience of UNC MBA students. UNC's staff and resources in the Career Management Center (CMC) provide one-on-one counseling, peer counseling, group training sessions, career club workshops and alumni assistance to support students' future career paths.
