In the summer of 2009, I recorded a freestyle song on an iPhone 4. The song was initially a freestyle over an ukulele. However, with the help of AI technology, I was able to recover and transform it into what it is today. I must mention that I am not a professional when it comes to mixing or making music. The original version of the song was recorded over 13 years ago. The song begins with Jake Pasimo, also known as Hersh, freestyle rapping. We were in his garage, and I recorded the song without their knowledge. Although I released a low-quality version of the song a while back, they know it. Hi. I'm Joseph Mayuyo, my family (grandfather) left me with a generational curse that has affected me all my life. I was the only kid out of my siblings that were not planned. As I was told, my parents didn't want a son because they were superstitious about all the men who would be born from my dad's side. The curse is from my grandfather. He passed away before I could ever meet him. However, he died while he was angry and broken.    My grandfather was known to be notorious back home in the Philippines. He had a lot of enemies. I asked my dad what he was like and why he never shared anything about him. What my dad said made me instantly regret being so curious. Apparently, my dad was born into a rich family. He is a middle child between 12 brothers and sisters. My dad clearly remembers how it affected him when he was a boy.    Being from a rich family is not what my family is known for, especially now. My grandfather yelled curses as he passed away from multiple organ failures. But before all of that, he was a businessman. He raised and sold fighting roosters and would always have the most aggressive ones. Anyone who bought from him was surely going to win many matches.   My grandfather became a slave to Japanese soldiers when he was a teenager. He competed in a country-wide tournament. He was still poor at this time, and the Philippines had just begun rebuilding the cities that had been devasted by World War II.  Stories of having to execute his own people haunted him for many years. He was never religious and had no hope.   When he escaped from being held captive by the Japanese Occupation in Hermosa Bataan, known as the road of the "death march." He went on a guerilla warfare mission with other countrymen.    As he was being treated, he met my grandma, a nurse at a local hospital wing. They fell in love, and from what I heard, my grandfather was never that happy ever again. My last name was given to him, "Mayuyo," by a Japanese soldier who helped him escape captivity. My dad said my grandfather shot the soldier who helped him escape and buried him half alive.   This is where my grandma believes he was cursed. He had multiple businesses that failed.  One after another. As my grandmother would pray the rosary, he would insult the idea of God. He met with a witch doctor who promised him that he would be free from the curse. But he had to pass the curse down to every male born in his lineage.   The witch placed the curse on a rooster he brought for the offering. He was instructed to put that rooster into a fight right away. If the rooster won, the curse would leave him forever. Sure enough, he had a champion.  Fought many. Battles and never died in a fight. He would begin breeding roosters, and his business finally was getting somewhere.   When he found out about the regional rooster, he decided to enter for the grand prize was $10,000 US Dollars. This would change the trajectory of his life forever.  Getting rich was the absolute worse thing that happened to him. Once you get passed all the rappers trying to sell you copies of their CDs, you enter what seems to be where the 70s decided not to die and stay. It isn’t like this today, and I don’t need to explain why unless you just woke up from a coma. That’s what I can explain the effect you feel when you’re on Salvia. There has been a wide awakening to psychedelics in the last years. It is mainly regarding MDMA (Ecstasy), Psilocybin (Shrooms), Ayuascha, 5meo-DMT, to name a few. Salvia is different; even though it is a psychedelic, it’s in the family of the sage plant. New Age Occultists or (witchcraft) burn sage to eliminate what is unwanted in their interpretation and discernment. History brings us back to times when persons practicing witchcraft were burned alive. That is partly why the discussion of Salvia is rarely in the forum. Christianity considers burning sage as a medium for sorcery. Surprisingly, sage is in many products we use today, especially candles. Salvia, sage, and mint all come from the same family. They look identical. The past decade has been thrilled with the discovery of DMT. In this article, I’ll refer to Ayuasca and 5meo-DMT as simply “DMT.” If you must know the difference at face value, Ayuasca is administered by drinking, while 5meo-DMT is administered through an apparatus and inhaled. Mary and I met a few weeks ago and had a virtual podcast session. I was looking for answers to so many questions I had. I realized a lot of the things I don't want to do in life are the things people like watching me do. Like... talking to a complete stranger for 2 hours whilst asking the deepest questions. That's just who I am. I don't wanna know how your day is. I wanna what you are doing with the time you have been blessed with! Most people are surface individuals. Meaning, they aren't able to have deep conversations point-blank. "Scratching the Surface." There's nothing wrong with that, and with time you can improve. But some people are too much into something else and cannot face reality. This is why we have so many outlets of escapism. A story about My Final Hours With The Most Hard Working Mentor I Had. My mom passed in 2017. I was holding her hand while we were sleeping. The clock was at 7:30 and I had to use the bathroom. When I let go of my mom's hand, I checked to see if she was breathing and if she is still alive. I saw that she was barely hanging on a thread of grace. I was gone for no more than two minutes. I heard my aunt scream and that's when I knew. I told this story because mother's day, one day is going to feel like this. I want you to understand the process and that it's okay to take your time to grieve. But all the more while your mom is here, live with her to the fullest.
