At the heart of every business is people. Fundamentally business is genuinely giving a shit about people. We all hate being treated like a number so don't do it to others. Also, if others possess talent and skills beyond yours, that should be something to be celebrated and not judged. Those who are insecure about your skillset deserve a good kick up the ass of kindness. If they payed attention they may even be humbled to know they could learn something from you. Stay in your lane and remember you deserve to be in spaces that you can thrive in - Laura
