Welcome back to Game Chat with Tom & Lucas! In this episode, we bring a topic that was not too fun to research. In anticipation of the new “Uncharted”movie coming out, starring the darling of Hollywood Mark Wahlberg (and some guy named Tom Holland), we did a review of the history of video game adaptations into different forms of tv and film media. After discussing some rather interesting news stories involving teenagers getting arrested in Minecraft and Egyptian drive-in gaming, we get into the "Meat & Potatoes" of the topic. While many adaptations are bad, there are some gems amongst these, as well as some gems that have been created for movies becoming video games. After this all, we give thumbs-ups or thumbs-down to some of the upcoming, highly anticipated video game movie adaptations.

Welcome back to Game Chat with Tom & Lucas! In this episode, we bring on friend of the podcast Tim Scalona to discuss difficulty in video games. Through the explanation of our exquisite "Pot Pie" episode structure, we dissect the happenings of the gaming world before letting our opinions take over. We discuss the definition of 'difficulty' for a video game and discuss what makes it good versus bad. Since many games allow you to choose which difficulty you play on, it is our job to tell you which is the right way (according to us) to play. Which is better, a cake-walk, or a never-ending gauntlet of frustration? Tune in this week to find out!
