Generational Relationships

Please join me.  I am not scripting these at this point.  It is my very real desire to open a conversation that is honest and without a preconceived conclusion.

My daughter and I began this discourse when I asked her opinion about millennials in the workplace.  I run a company and am interested in recruiting and retaining top young talent for the future of the company and I was inquiring about what is important to millennials as they enter the workplace.  This is just one are we will examine.  We welcome your suggestions for topics.
