Get It & Give It

Get It & Give It is all about people who wake up and 'Get It', i.e. working their butt off to get what ever it is they want out of life - career, health, wellness or ANYTHING! 'Give It' means that they also give back and giving back in 'Get It & Give It' could mean many different things, they give back through educating people in classes or informing people on a certain topic or having a business that helps the planet and environment or doing their best to live a cruelty free and ethical lifestyle and helping others to do the same. On this show you can expect to hear about how different people from different backgrounds work towards making this planet a better place and work their asses off to do so, but also they love what they do. So we get some inside tips on how to stay productive, some health and beauty tips and some great positive advise. We will have guests with knowledge of all sorts - business, health, veganism, cruelty free, beauty, fashion, minimalism, environmental and many more. This podcast is done with the sole mission to help you Get It & Give It.

After following Jade I soon realised how awesome she is. Not only would she share pictures of her food which helped me generate meal ideas of my own, but also meal prepping tips (which was the subject matter in which I first mailed her over as I was totally lost and she replied with a huge in dept mail full of info to help), after that I notice

Laura & Tawnie of NARA Ireland – Episode 10

Laura & Tawnie of NARA Campaigns Ireland Two people who should be on your radar, that are fighting for animal rights and liberation worldwide, but especially in Ireland, are Laura & Tawnie of NARA Campaigns Ireland. I admire Laura & Tawnie for so many reasons, mostly because they are do’ers’, not say’ers’. If they say they will get fur farms banned in Ireland, you can bet that they will put their blood, sweat and tears into doing so. They give up all of their time to spread their vision and message and do it with such passion, love and energy, in rain, hail, sleet or snow (literally this the truth, as I have seen it first hand on a very snowy day), to bring more education for people when it comes to animal liberation and why it is so important. Regardless of whether you agree with everything they say, you do have to give them your full respect and admiration, as they are out there, trying to make the world a better place, for the most vulnerable

Have you ever had someone who from the moment you meet them just inspires you? Grace Rubinger is that person for me. I think she is amazing. The treatments, products and general atmosphere the staff create make it such a welcoming place to come to. Having only set up shop on Christmas Eve of 2016, Skinfull Affairs (and Grace) constantly have their eyes set on the bigger picture and introduce new treatments and products to the customers.
