Il termine Theta-Healing significa letteralmente "guarigione con le onde Theta" o "guarigione allo Stato Theta". Si tratta di una tecnica energetica che permette di ottenere benessere a livello fisico, mentale e spirituale.
Attraverso la frequenza delle onde cerebrali Theta, si ha uno stato di profondo rilassamento che conduce a metà strada tra la nostra mente conscia e quella non conscia. Con questa pratica si può giungere nei meandri del subconscio più profondo, dove si annidano le nostre convinzioni, memorie e sensazioni più radicate e così ottenere armonia tra corpo, mente e spirito.
