The presidential election has raised a lot of question about the validity of the legacy media. I thought it might be interesting to sit down with a fellow former news reporter from Oregon, who is now out of the business but very opinionated about what went on, what goes on and what needs to change.
You have people in your life who show you things no one else can. I'm a lucky man because most of those people I've been able to tell them how much they meant, before they passed. A dear friend and mentor, Richard Gorsuch recently passed to the other side. Here's a tribute filled with plenty of wisdom. Thanks Richard.

It's becoming more difficult for some rural Oregonians to get fire insurance. The Oregon legislature passed a bill to map out risky wildfire areas all over the state. Lawmakers told Oregonians the map could not be used this way but it is being used and some are finding it difficult to get insurance.
