I worked with Stuart in PureGym for about 9 months - we both left at the same time; I moved up to the isle of Lewis, and he stayed in Glasgow as set up "BodyFit" - arguably the most successful bootcamp in / around Glasgow in my opinion.
In this podcast, we visit Stuarts story, and how he got to where he is. Stuart has an incredible story – I don’t want to spoil it, but what I will say is the man is beyond inspiring - the battles he’s faced (being an ex-marine, I mean literally physically and not just mentally), the mentality he has grown, and his attitude is incredible. Having worked with him in the past I had heard his story before, but even still sitting listening to him talk through it got me FIRED up and read to GRAB my goals by the throat!
