Description

Brutally honest advice to help women thrive in leadership without sacrificing their own joy and fulfillment. Because let’s be real…This isn’t exactly what you expected. Everything from the ridiculous personnel issues to the high-stakes decisions and navigating conflict without losing your mind. Not to mention all the stress, pressure, and overwhelm that’s got you grabbing that extra glass of wine…We’re talking about all of it! I’m Nicky Espinosa, the girlfriend behind the guide. I’m a former executive & a leadership expert with over two decades of experience coaching senior leaders. I have seen some amazing leaders lose themselves in their careers. What should be the culmination of all your hard work is unfulfilling and exhausting when you’re putting on a mask and pretending to be someone you’re not. I should know…I’ve been there. I ditched my 6-figure job and spent months recovering from burnout before I found the keys to making it all work and loving life. Now I teach other executive women how to do this for themselves. I’ve made it my mission to help women thrive in leadership without sacrificing their own joy and fulfillment. Welcome to Girlfriend’s Guide to the C-suite.
