this is a really great podcast! I love the format of these podcasts anyway, but I love Claire's story because it is relatable in some aspect as to how we as women in the UK feel or have felt about our bodies. I love that the platform is being used to create awareness, and as well as for the younger generation I think it would be great for people of my mums generation (born in the 60's)to learn more too. if these young girls are not educated they can grow to have depression as adults, and a little empowerment and information goes a long way.x
