We also learn about how our strengths can easily become our weaknesses over time if we are not intentional about how we exercise them in a team. Cassie Carstens has trained leaders from more than 150 nations, he currently mentors Christian and secular leaders around the globe. He believes that part of his calling is to train transformational leaders in all spheres of society.

Cassie Carstens challenges us to go beyond simply teaching what Jesus said and follow His example of leadership. We so easily fall into the trap of doing things 'for' God that we miss the Joy and fruit of doing things 'with' Him. Cassie Carstens encourages us to live, love and serve from the overflow of simply Being with Him.
