Glen and Twig recount a glorious afternoon at Pioneer Creek. Sunny...firm turf...smooth greens...special guest Matt Majka...and of course the 4th was JP from YellowBird Coffee! This sneaky-good, underrated track west of the Twin Cities is known for it's good conditioning, fun variety of holes, and GREAT GREENS! Matt shares his expertise on leadership, why Windsong Farm means a lot to him and his family, and some tremendous stories from his tenure at the MN Wild.

Glen and Twig visit one of the gems of Ramsey County and White Bear Lake - Manitou Ridge. They're joined by special guest, John King, of Pulltab Sports...but you probably know him as the guy behind the "Hockey Hair" videos! Kinger is a regular at Manitou Ridge so it was great to see and play the course with him and his bride Stacey.Manitou Ridge is sneaky hilly, fun to play, has a nice variety of holes and features one of the hardest par 3's in the entire state of MN...hole #10. Glen and Twig head back to the city of Minneapolis and play Meadowbrook Golf Course. The course is underrated and Glen and Twig dive into why it's worth a visit...and also why it's a sentimental favorite of Twig's. The Golf Loons are joined by the MN Wild Radio Network's Kevin Falness who shares why Meadowbrook is special to him (he picked the course for this one!). Kevin's "Emergency 9" interview is filled with great stories from his time with the Wild - from stories interviewing the players to pranking the office staff! Kevin also shares about Usher's Syndrome, his family's connection to it, and how people can get involved in helping to fight this horrible condition. This episode is dedicated to Joseph Hulbert...nobody knows Meadowbrook better!

The Golf Loons head a bit south to beautiful Le Sueur Country Club to play one of Glen's' personal favorites. Glen and Twig break down the course and have no problem recollecting favorite holes and parts of a round at Le Sueur Country Club! The "Emergency 9" guest is Glen since the course is special to him.
