Some women use twisted logic and poor Biblical understanding to justify an abortion based on descriptions of God’s judgement against pagan nations. An example of such a verse occurs in Isaiah where he prophesies the horrific destruction of children in the judgement against the wicked Babylonian nation. This podcast helps sidewalk outreach volunteers in how to correct this faulty perception and rationalization that God kills children, therefore so can I.

🎙️ While it would be natural for Sidewalk Outreach volunteers to be fearful following the murder of the outspoken pro-life activist, Charlie Kirk, this podcast helps to give us encouragement to stay the course and follow God’s calling us to be voices for the unborn.

We are often shocked, even speechless, by the degree of depravity we face on the sidewalk. The Bible gives us great guidance and advice in understanding how to deal with the calloused hearts of the moms we encounter who intend to kill their unborn children. It also helps to remind us of the danger of our own heart becoming calloused and prideful. This podcast explores how to be effective on the sidewalks of abortion centers in the face of these truths.

Love Life does not have an official policy on how to deal with undocumented immigrants, but we do have guidelines. Our primary focus and ministry is to help the mom so that she makes a God-honoring choice for life. This podcast helps us in how to help these moms, lead them and disciple them in the truth of the Gospel, and promote a culture of love and life as we minister.

Oftentimes we hear people rationalize abortion by saying God is a loving, forgiving, and understanding God. They claim they can continue in sin banking on His forgiveness. This is a faulty and twisted understanding of what faith in God means and what we should do in response to those amazing true characteristics of God. In this episode, we examine a step by step strategy to address ing this issue when we encounter it on the sidewalks of abortion centers.

With President Trump pardoning people who were arrested using the “Rescue” method of Sidewalk outreach, there have been questions about what Love Life Ministry thinks about this method. This podcast deals with the Biblical rationale of why we choose to minister the way we do as a ministry to end abortion and create a culture of love and life.

Sometimes we think we may have nothing to offer as sidewalk outreach volunteers. Or other times, we may feel we do not need the training or strategies offered by others since we have the Holy Spirit guiding us. In this podcast, we explore the truth that the Holy Spirt is indeed working, but guidelines for effective sidewalk outreach are valuable. With that in mind, we must recognize also that we are uniquely and specifically crafted and gifted by God with our individuality for a great purpose. We hope to encourage people not only in being unafraid to be authentically who YOU are in SWO but also to convey that message to the moms we encounter about God’s divine plan and purpose for each of them AND each of their babies.

It is not always easy to balance the need for compassion to the moms with the necessity of speaking convicting truth. That balance is essential to optimize the likelihood the women will come talk with us and consider what we have to say, BUT ALSO convict them not to take the innocent life of their child. Oftentimes, we err on one side or the other of these two vital components to effective sidewalk counseling. In this podcast, we offer suggestions to help make our outreach loving but convincing.

oh no honey. pro-life yet show no concern about the children in foster care, the children in cages, and the children with unfit guardianship. sounds more like pro control. this is 2020 you can't decide what anyone does with their own body. me diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and bpd plan to never have a child and would choose abortion bc I know I'm an unfit mother. I wouldn't leave a child in foster care moving from broken home to broken home. never knowing what true love feels like causing them to have the same trauma I went through. the end.
