Spiritual Rant and Updates
Let go of those who expect you to be perfect and take everything you do do personally. Stay in your lane by blocking those who do their best to make you feel bad for being you. You don’t have to explain yourself or apologize. We are only human and we do the best we can with what we have. Stop spending energy on people who put higher expectations on you then they do themselves. Send them gratitude knowing time is never wasted when you remember a valuable lesson like sticking to your boundaries.

Today we welcome G. Scott Graham to the show. G. Scott Graham is an author, a career coach, a business coach. and a psychedelic support coach in Boston, Massachusetts. Scott is driven to help clients follow their “true azimuth,” which is different from “true north.” It means coaching clients to identify the true focus of their life — something that speaks individually to them. It means recognizing the forces that push our lives off course and adjusting to them so you get where you want to go. It means that when you are 90 years old and you look back on your life you have a sense of pride, accomplishment, and meaning — with no regrets. In this episode we discuss the how everything we’ve been taught about grief is wrong and how a bucket list can transform our lives. Find out more about him by going to his website https://gscottgraham.com/ or simply search for G. Scott Graham on Google.
