Description

GroovyTakeOn "Hi Mom Project” is about helping Older Adults (people 65 and better) to feel more comfortable with social media and technology. The digital world is changing so fast, and this show is about slowing down and making social media, technology, and the online world more user-friendly. We love to talk so we might also try and get outside of technology or social media topics from time to time just to share more of the world that is around us.

As always: Mom, thanks for listening!

I can't even believe that something like could happen. I know, it was possible (I watch movies, you know!) but when COVID-19 exploded somehow it was not like in the movies, it was worse. Because it's real.  You hear many people talking what to do and what not to do, how to protect yourself and others. Stay at home, etc. But also they talk about social and physical distancing. I think it's important to see the difference and still stay connected with others online. So we can take care of the mental health as well. As always, please visit out website where we share more details about the topics we talk about. Stay Safe. Stay Groovy. all the links to articles we used for this episode, please visit our website: www.GroovyTakeOn.com Let's connect on Twitter: @KlaudiaJurewicz
