In this episode we are going to explore the idea of making your practice your own. I think sometimes people hear the phrase “personal practice” and get the impression that it has to be some difficult and very disciplined set of tasks and/or activities that require a great deal of effort. Well I would like to dispel some of these ideas and offer you a very different way of looking at your practice, one that can be both fun and rewarding, but also one that is very flexible and easily personalized in a way that is most meaningful to you!  The full transcript for this episode can be found here. There is no disputing the fact that there are indeed big changes sweeping over the world today. I don’t think that most people even understand some of these because they aren’t commonly understood yet, but make no mistake there are very big technological changes coming and they will reshape life as we currently know it. The enemy of patience is expectation. Let’s talk about something that nobody likes, at least not when it is directed at us, and that is rejection! Oh it won’t be that bad, I promise. Actually, this is kind of a yin and yang type of conversation, because we are going to talk about both sides of this. One being the receiver of rejection, and the other being the giver. I think in the context of our times as of this recording, there are indeed some areas for improvement?
