Last week I asked on Instagram what subject they would like to here in this podcast and many people asked me about meditation, how meditation works and how meditation can help them. Meditation is for everyone and if you practice you can make it into perfection. Believe in yourself and you can do it. I have some flaws in this podcast but what I meant was Tree roots.
