This is a great idea in theory. but it fails in reality. I like the soundscape the 8D is great but oddly the words sound like they have been computer generated. and it's so fast! I want my meditation for sleep to be slow and relaxed not rushed like this. needs work.

The 8D effects are nice and subtle. I would like to see more meditations in this format, but I would only apply it to meditations where walking somewhere in the meditation isn't involved. Like the cavern of peace would be a great one to do it with, while the forest walk would not. I think walking and hearing the sounds move around the listener is disorienting if you're picturing walking through a scene. Don't be discouraged by my comment though, I do like the effect, just applied to certain themes of meditations. 😊
