This guided meditation leads us through a process of being in within the space of our own capacity to harm and be harmed, and also to forgive and be forgiven. This is not easy territory for many of us, and it can happen such guided meditations can be either too overwhelming or too sugar-coated. We might not be ready to find forgiveness. Jaya is especially skilled in helping us find the "wider harmony" within the given situation - so we can find our way towards an ease that might arise spontaneously and authentically.
Jaya's guided meditations are rich opportunities for developing trust and love, processing past events and trauma, practicing new skills to enhance and deepen experiences in daily life and to simply learn how to enjoy the mysterious beauty of each moment.
In her guided meditations, Jaya leads us through deep experiences which invite rich and true presence. Jaya uses a range of narratives and ideas that call on our past experiences and utilize imagination and poetic visualization to walk us through the complex worlds of our internal landscapes. As listeners, we move through strong and subtle sensations discovering new and creative ways to understand our lives, enabling us to attune to and trust our own cellular experiences. Deep guided relaxation invites us to generously review past experiences with the potential to transform and heal.
Instead of the trying to 'master' something we can try to just relax into this other, softer, trusting space where the opening can happen without pressure, even the title sets up for just letting go of control. Getting anything 'out there' that emphasis this 'resting', this long overdue adventure into something that is so inviting, healthy and contra to all the pressure and achieving through effort that we have been led to believe is the way. This guided meditation is an invitation to soften, relax, and open to what is here.
In her guided meditation, Jaya brings to life the joy that lies just beyond our ideas, and into the vast fullness of our human aliveness.
Enjoying the softness of here...the breath breaths the body being itself. Feeling into space in and around the body. Invitation to play a game-remember a time when you felt no pressure to be anything else. Enough...feeling the texture, the space.
