On August 1, 1966 Charles Joseph Whitman dressed like a janitor and placed food, water, knives, rope, toilet paper, and deodorant, among other things, into a footlocker. He then took that footlocker and loaded it into his car along with a dolly and numerous firearms. Whitman drove down to the University of Texas where he was a student and began to climb the tower. Once reaching the observation deck, he went on a shooting spree that would eventually kill 18 people and wound 31 others. Police and civilians would eventually kill Whitman, and though he never had to stand trial, we know he was guilty.Be sure to leave a review on iTunes or wherever you get your podcasts! On June 11, 1981, Issei Sagawa would invite his classmate Rene Hartevelt over to read him some poetry in German. As she was reading, Sagawa snuck away, grabbed a rifle, pointed it at the back of her neck and pulled the trigger. After she collapsed on the floor, Sagawa would consume part of her flesh and perform sexual acts with the corpse. Several days later he was apprehended by police after trying to hide the body in a nearby park. While he did not stand trial due to French Law preventing it, he was and is still, guilty. If you enjoy the podcast, please leave a review on iTunes or wherever you get your podcasts! You can get in touch with us at the following:Twitter: @Guilty_Podcast Facebook: www.fb.me/guiltypodcast Email: guiltypodcast@yahoo.com Patreon: www.patreon.com/guiltypodcastMusic by: Damiano BaldoniAudio Clip from: The Cannibal that Walked Free (2007)This podcast is powered by Pinecast.

HEY!! What happened? Do y'all have another show now? I just listened to ep1 on Luka Magnotta & it was really great! It definitely reminded me of Dark Topic, which you mentioned initially & is a podcast I LOVE!! Anyways, so naturally I go to subscribe & notice there is only FOUR EPISODES (broken into two parts, so eight I guess)!? & the whole podcast begins & ends in 2017?? But WHY, tho?!!! I went ahead & subbed anyways & will listen to the rest, perhaps the reason for such a short run of a seemingly solid podcast will be explained henceforth. . at any rate, thanks for this stellar first episode!! Cheers from Seattle 💛🧡❤
