Focusing much more on mental health and modern aplied psychology

A lot of information in the episode. I am truly trying to find a way to commit to this. I do believe I have a reason to do this, it is a struggle, even though I have a passion for radio. I will eventually do a much better job. I just do not see the logic of doing a podcast unless it's useful. But I assume... it's useful as a tool to help me understand. I am constantly taking down what I put up, as, I do not even remember what I say half the time... With all my heart, I only wish to express.. the total respect I have for being alive and being able to understand, who I am and why I am here right now. I hope this episode gives you some food for thought...

This was such a fun show, talked a lot about music some of my personal fashion stuff, my new Guitars of course baby Violet and how powerful the meditation was, and I've had brother Dave on here talking about his artwork and planting the seeds to get a trip to Australia going so we can do some recording there, lotta fun lotta cool shit just trying to get the podcast thing going hope he did it spread the word!
