What an amazing experience I have to say! There is so much negativity that slithers its way into our lives, and then you have an ah ha moment… that is exactly what being in a group with the kindest, nicest and light hearted Canadians felt like! Coming back from Ottawa, I brought back a whole new perspective that was long overdue! I felt ALIVE again!
