Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat urged the Narendra Modi government to bring a law to build Ram Mandir at the disputed Babri Masjid site in Ayodhya in his annual Vijayadashami speech in Nagpur today.
