Love this podcast. Very inspirational. I appreciate hearing how others lost weight and got healthy in order to tweak my own health journey. Some works for me, some doesn't. Every body is different. Love your own.

I came on here to learn about how not to eat at night and all I got was two women talking about themselves and how great they are WTF

7 minutes of testimonial at the start of the episode was enough for me to turn it off.

something is wrong with the recording of Heather the host voice. it's been sped up to a speed that no one normally talks at that rate. Her guest is speaking in a normal speed but the host is not. I've listened to every single episode some of them more than once and if this continues I'm sorry I don't think I can listen anymore because it was really really annoying to listen to her voice speaking in a rate that nobody speaks at Naturally. her interview is really really good with the other Heather. it was worth listening to.

Couldn't get past the first 15 minutes of condescending crap from Lyle. Heather, you should have edited his introduction out - his "othering" of women is insulting.
