Chef Chalapathi Rao,fondly known as Chef Challu, founder of Simply South Restaurant chain. He is one of the finest chefs serving South Indian cuisines in Hyderabad and abroad. His journey started almost two and a half decades back. He had started his career in 1995 with ITC as a management trainee and was associated with them for two decades. Then he started his own venture Simply South 6 years back.
Since 6 decades Paradise has been an integral part of Hyderabad culture. Paradise has 47 branches across 10 cities, Achieved Limca book of records by selling 7 Million Biryanis in the year of 2017 alone.
