The Chamber of Secrets has been opened.  Enemies of the heir, beware!
Ouch!  Harry and Ron narrowly escape the Whomping Willow. Join us as we reenter Hogwarts for Harry's second year as a Gryffindor.
Travel with us to Diagon Alley to meet the famed Gilderoy Lockhart.  
Harry, awakened from a dream in which someone is tapping at his cage, peers out of his barred windows to see his best friend, Ron Weasley, inside a car suspended outside of his window.  Driving are Ron's older twin brothers, Fred and George, who have agreed to help break Harry out of Privet Drive.  Join us as we are introduced to the Weasley's home, The Burrow, and meet a few new characters.

Forced to spend his birthday preparing for a boring dinner party for Uncle Vernon's work associate, Harry retreats to his room to find someone (or is it something?) is sitting on his bed.  Join the HPBC as we begin our journey into the Chamber of Secrets.

We made it to the end of "The Sorcerer's Stone" and now meet the man with two faces.  But, it wasn't Snape.  It wasn't even Voldemort. 
The HPBC journeys through the trap door and discusses whether Dumbledore intends to let Harry, Ron, and Hermione face the challenges on the other side.  
"The forest," he repeated, and he didn't sound quite as cool as usual. "We can't go in there at night- there's all sorts of things in there- werewolves, I heard." Join us as we meet Firenze and the other centaurs and travel through the Forbidden Forest in search of a wounded unicorn.

"You don't understand, Professor.  Harry Potter's coming- he's got a dragon!"  Harry and Hermione must race to the top of the tallest tower to help keep the Keeper of the Keys out of trouble...but trouble is waiting for them at the foot of the stairs.  
"Nicholas Flamel," she whispered dramatically, "is the only known maker of the Sorcerer's Stone!"   The HPBC discusses Chapter 13 of "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone".
"DESIREFORORRIMEHT,11RETPAHCSSUCSIDEWSASUNIOJ" "Let me explain.  The happiest man on earth would be able to use the Mirror of Erised like a normal mirror, that is, he would look into it and see himself exactly as he is.  Does that help?"

The gang discusses Chapter 9, "The Midnight Duel."  Harry is made Seeker on the Gryffindor Quidditch team.  A jealous Malfoy challenges Harry to a midnight duel.  While roaming the castle at night, Harry meets Fluffy, Hagrid's three headed dog, and discovers where the mysterious package Hagrid was carrying in Dragon Alley has been moved.  
"Harry Potter.  Our new-celebrity."  That's right folks!  It is time for class and we will meet the professor everyone loves to hate! A certain cynical, greasy-haired teacher who has it out for Harry!  Join us in our discussion about Severus Snape.
