Somewhere in the wide expanse of the stars is a spaceship called Hathor 61. Somewhere in the wide expanse of that spaceship is a girl called Mel. This is her audio diary, chronicling her life: dealing with aggressive colonists on freezing moons, investigating the bizarre goings-on aboard the ship, and losing her temper at her chipper roommate, Enna. This is what space travel's all about.

Still in deep space, Hathor 61 receives a troubling transmission.
There is absolutely nothing particular or special about this day in Mel's life. Nothing terrifying happens. Why would you even suggest that?
