#AmbassadorRecommends As a child growing up in the deep South on a plantation, we had many ghost stories of soliders, war, crimes of passion, and crimes of revenge. I actually listen to this before going to bed - it feels (maybe unfortuantely) like being in my room - back in my big bed watching the moss on the trees throw shadows on the walls.

I'm not buying that all of Lake Superior is haunted. Maybe some locations are, but I've lived near it for years and been to many beaches and lighthouses and never experienced anything or even heard of anyone having experiences at most of the places I've been.

Not a bad podcast, but definitely not great if you are looking for true stories. They take he died of a heart attack and turned it into a ghost killed them, but it does make for some interesting stories. It is mildly annoying that you can't listen to episodes older than 6 months without paying for another app, but not a big deal if you keep up with it.

Rebecca Brink Also SUPER annoying that they have SO many ads. I understand you have to make money, but if I wanted to listen to your other podcasts I would go listen to them. I hate that entire episodes of this are literally a sample of another podcast or I have to get my phone out and skip the last however many minutes because it's a sample of another podcast. I get you need to sell other podcasts, but true crime freaks me out, and I might stop listening because I really don't like the massive samples of those podcasts.
