Instead of focusing on what we'll have "eventually" when we achieve our goals...making money, hitting that goal weight, winning competitions, getting the promotion...we're focusing on what we already have that makes our lives pretty damn dope. Until we can be happy in the now - no amount of bling in the world will make us happy in the future :)

No matter what life throws at you this week, or which way the wind starts blowing, you already have the mindset and skills you need to make the best of the situation! Focus in on pausing before you respond, assessing the situation, and bringing the light to make sure you have the best week possible!

Every little decision you make about what you think, consume, who you spend time with, what you do, where you go, etc...are creating the movie that you can watch back when it's all said and done.  You'd probably be more excited about watching something loaded with action, fun, kindness, generosity, patience with yourself and others...something that involves the full human experience :) Get out there, and have as much fun as possible doing the things, and taking little steps toward creating the week you want to have!

Uncertainty is the peanut butter to Covid-19's jelly, amen?! There is so much uncertainly, unrest, frustration, anger, and fear rolling through our social media feeds, conversations, homes, and within ourselves. It makes it really difficult to feel like we have control over anything...so what do we start to do?  We focus on petty, external BS - like the way we look, what we own, or what we can make our lives look like on social media. Trying to find internal peace by manipulating external things in our environment. Or, if we do, it makes it a whole lot more difficult for us to get where we want to go, be successful in what we want to do, and feel connected while we're at it! Both good and bad!We hear all the time that we're supposed to "come as we are" - and we do - but we don't tell anyone what that means for us, in our life, in this moment, what we need, or what we have to give, and I think it's about damn time we start.
