In this episode, I dive deep into one of the most common reasons why we struggle to manifest the things we consciously desire: a lack of congruency. You might have big dreams and goals—a healthy relationship, financial abundance, or the freedom to travel the world—but if your subconscious beliefs aren't aligned with those desires, you're going to experience blocks. We'll explore: Why congruency between your conscious desires, subconscious beliefs, and actions is critical to achieving your goals. How to identify the limiting beliefs and patterns that might be holding you back. The three levels of change: conscious desires (awareness), subconscious beliefs, and action (integration). How your subconscious mind will always seek to confirm its beliefs, and why reprogramming these beliefs is essential. Why real change happens when we bring awareness down into the body through aligned actions and intentional living. If you're tired of attracting the same patterns and feel like you're on a loop, this episode is for you. I also talk about how you can break free by creating safety within yourself and aligning your life with your true desires.
