Marc recently left his job, family, girlfriend and friends to pursue his bodybuilding dream. He moved to Kuwait to work with Coach Abdullah – the current Mr Olympia coach at Oxygen Gym. Unfortunately, after just six weeks this came to an unexpected end due to Covid19. This meant he had to return back to the U.K. with no job and feeling at a bit of a loss, not really knowing where to go next. We delved into Marc’s mindset, how he got into bodybuilding and what he’s been doing during lockdown to spin his life back around. Marc also gives us an insider as to what is coming next!

Simon Fan is the owner of Ultimate Fitness Gym in Birmingham, he is well known within the bodybuilding and fitness industry through competing and running events.  We sat down to speak about his interesting and inspiring story regarding catching pneumonia and Covid 19, losing 4 stone and his phenomenal bodybuilding background.
Katie Chimes is a Chiropractor, fitness, lifestyle and health professional. Born in Buckinghamshire, Katie has travelled the world, spent a year in the USA, lived and worked as a Chiropractor in Finland and now practices in and around London. Taking life at 100 miles per hour with every glass half full, Katie has a history of competing at a high level in swimming, athletics, triathlon and bodybuilding. With her background in fitness, personal training and sports therapy it was a natural progression to train to be a chiropractor where Katie’s focus is on the fitness and well-being of her patients. This involves not only the biomechanics of health but also the huge impact of stress and mindset. She continues to complement her chiropractic training with ongoing courses and seminars in and around aspects of chiropractic and health and has seen some huge transformations in people of all ages ranging from a 4 day old baby to a 98 year old patient. Chiropractic care is not just about addressing immediate pain - it is also very much a lifestyle choice. The nervous system controls everything in the body, so for the body to be working optimally the spine has to be healthy. Katie loves her work of getting people well and keeping them that way. Suzanne hit rock bottom with depression in her early 30's and took action to create the person she is today, inspiring and helping others.  She  is well known for her TEDX talks on quantum physics, motivation and self care. She is an author,the CEO of Ignite and expand transformations, she's also a huge believer in meditation and crystals and delved deeper into her spiritual awakening.
