For far too long, women’s health has been understood through a system that was largely built around the male body. But a woman’s body is not simply a smaller version of a man’s body.In this powerful and eye opening conversation, I sit down with Jim Anderson, heart health advocate, Advanced Care Paramedic, firefighter, and founder of StrongHER Hearts, to talk about something every woman deserves to understand: Her Heart.Jim shares why heart disease and heart attacks can look very different in women, why so many symptoms are misunderstood or dismissed, and what women need to know when something in their body simply does not feel right. We explore the warning signs of heart attacks in women, the gaps that still exist in women’s health research and care, and the growing importance of women learning to advocate for themselves. This conversation is not about living in fear of your body.It is about learning to listen to it.It is about asking questions. It is about trusting yourself enough to say, “Something doesn’t feel right,” and continuing to seek answers.Women’s health is changing. Women are asking more questions, challenging outdated assumptions, and beginning to understand that our bodies have their own unique needs, risks, symptoms, and stories.Your heart is one of them. This is a conversation every woman should hear. And perhaps even more importantly, every person who cares about a woman should share.
What if the decisions you make, the relationships you choose, the things you tolerate, and even the good things you push away are all influenced by one thing you rarely stop to examine?Your sense of self worth. In this episode, I explore what happens when that inner sense of worth becomes quiet. When you no longer really feel yourself. When you have forgotten who you are somewhere along the way. This can show up in very different ways. For women, especially during perimenopause and the transition into midlife, it can feel like losing connection with the woman you used to be.For men, it can show up as a midlife crisis, addiction, achievement, withdrawal, anger, or the feeling that you have somehow lost yourself. And underneath all of it can be the same painful question:“Am I actually worthy of having a good life?”When we do not feel worthy, we often make very different choices. We tolerate what hurts us. We reject what nourishes us. We struggle to receive love, pleasure, support, success, intimacy, and goodness when they are offered to us.But self worth is not just a thought. It lives in the body.So in this episode, I invite you to notice what happens inside your body when something good comes toward you and you cannot quite let it in.And then I invite you to imagine turning up the volume on your own sense of worth. What changes? How do you breathe? How do you make decisions? How do you relate to yourself? How do you love? How do you allow yourself to receive?Because perhaps self worth is not something you need to find.Perhaps it is something you need to stop turning down.
Every relationship has moments where we lose our way.A conversation goes wrong.Someone feels unseen.Trust gets shaken.A wound gets touched. The truth is, we cannot avoid rupture. Not if we are truly participating in relationships. We are human, and being human means we will sometimes disappoint each other, misunderstand each other, and cause pain even when love is present. But what happens next? That is where the real work begins. In this episode of Heart Alignment, I explore the healing power of rupture and repair and why our ability to come back together can determine the depth, safety, and resilience of our relationships.Whether it is a romantic partnership, friendship, family relationship, business connection, or even the relationship we have with ourselves, repair is one of the most important skills we can develop.I share personal experiences from my own life, not to expose anyone or tell someone else’s story, but to offer honest reflections on moments where hurt happened, where repair happened beautifully, and where repair was not possible.Because sometimes healing comes through reconnection. And sometimes healing comes through accepting what cannot be changed. This episode is an invitation to look inward:Are there conversations you are avoiding? Are there places where you could take more ownership? Are there moments where an apology, accountability, or deeper understanding could create healing? We are not meant to move through life without causing or experiencing hurt.We are meant to learn how to meet those moments with awareness, compassion, and courage.Because relationships are not built by avoiding rupture. They are built by learning how to repair. If you feel called to engage on a journey to more depth through curiosity … find out more here :www.auroraeggertcoaching.com ps. What if one of the most powerful forces within you has very little to do with sex itself? In this episode, we explore sexual energy through a completely different lens. Not as something to fear, suppress, or perform, but as the life force that fuels creativity, intimacy, confidence, healing, and authentic expression. We unpack why so many of us have become disconnected from this part of ourselves, how shame quietly shapes our relationships, and what begins to shift when we reconnect with our bodies in a safe and grounded way. This conversation is gentle, trauma informed, and deeply human. Whether you’re single, partnered, or somewhere in between, you’ll be invited to see this energy with fresh eyes and perhaps discover that what you’ve been searching for has been within you all along. This episode is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are.If you feel called to engage on a journey to more depth through curiosity … find out more here :www.auroraeggertcoaching.com ps. What if confidence isn’t something you build by thinking more positively? What if real confidence is built by becoming deeply intimate with your own emotional world? In this episode, Aurora explores emotional courage through a trauma informed, somatic lens. Many of us spend years trying to become more confident by changing our mindset, standing taller, speaking louder, or collecting more personal development tools. While these approaches can help, they often stay on the surface.Real confidence begins somewhere much deeper. It begins the moment you stop running from your emotions. When you learn to stay present with fear, grief, shame, disappointment, anger, and uncertainty instead of escaping, fixing, distracting, or performing, your nervous system discovers something remarkable.“I can survive this.”From that place, confidence is no longer something you perform. It becomes something you embody. This conversation is especially for those who keep investing in workshops, retreats, certifications, books, and self improvement, yet still feel like something is missing.Parents.Entrepreneurs.High achievers. The ones who hold everyone else together while quietly feeling disconnected from themselves. This episode offers a different path. One that is slower.Messier.More courageous. And infinitely more sustainable.Because true power is not the absence of emotion. It is your capacity to stay with yourself through all of it.If you feel called to engage on a journey to more depth through curiosity … find out more here :www.auroraeggertcoaching.com ps.
