From childhood trauma and binge eating to global filmmaking and helping others heal — Ercell Ivanhoe Watson II lost over 200 pounds and found purpose on the other side. From opening for legends like Tracy Morgan and Charlie Murphy to capturing overlooked voices across continents, his life has been defined by connection — not content. But behind the camera and the laughter was a man carrying pain. Once weighing over 400 pounds, Ercell used food to cope with trauma. That ended the day he chose to heal.In this raw, heart-first conversation, Ercell opens up about the Ground Zero Moment that changed everything, how faith and storytelling saved his life, and what it really takes to climb out of the darkest places. Now more than 200 pounds down, he's not just surviving — he's showing others how to find their way back, too.

Ben says he spent the first 24 years of his life as the poster child for a sedentary lifestyle and poor eating habits. Then, after a multitude of things all hit at the same time, he realized something needed to change.
Now after losing 155 pounds from his heaviest to lightest, putting on muscle through weightlifting, earning a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and becoming a coach for others looking to do what he did, Ben says “these highlights don't touch the little day-to-day improvements that losing weight has brought me.”
We had an honest and insightful conversation about losing weight, getting healthy, and what happens next, while sharing some struggles, lessons learned and tips along the way.

Sean Mulroney is the youngest of 5 children, he was introduced to drugs and alcohol at age 6. By 13, he was an addict. In high school, he was an athlete in football and baseball. Once he kicked the drug habit, he replaced it with fast food. Combined with some medical issues and lymphedema taking over his life his weight topped out at 687. But now he’s lost 110 pounds, and he is taking it one day at a time, small steps, and he’s enjoying the journey. Sean always says he’s not where he wants to be, but he’s where he needs to be.https://www.instagram.com/iamseanmulroney/

Hey buddies! Wow, wow, wow, how cool is this? I have known Matt as an IG buddy for quite a few months now. As luck would have it, he found his way to the Super Training Gym and we sat down for an in depth conversation how Matt’s journey led him to become impossible. Matt Hill is a certified Primal Health Coach with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. His journey to Impossibleness began 6 years ago after he lost his leg to a battle with pediatric cancer. He’s an incredibly nice man with a drive I’ve seen in very few men. I'm very glad to call him a friend.
