After 5 amazing years it is sad to say that we have decided to move on from Her Fantasy Football. We started this as three sisters wanting to do just a weekly podcast and we were able to accomplish so much more. The best part of this journey has been building such strong relationships with all of you. It has been one of the greatest honors and pleasures of our lives to be part of this amazing community. While we may not continue with weekly podcasts, we still plan on playing this great game we all love. Thank you for your support throughout the years! We take our leave tonight with a farewell show that will give some tips for 2018 as well as talk about some of our favorite memories. We hope to see you around.
It is still very early in the preseason, but this week we will talk through the quarterback rankings; and discuss if we agree or disagree with the placement of players based on moves made this off-season and performance last year.
In this episode, Brandon has softened her stance on Eli Manning this year which is shocking, and Ashley hopes that the fear factor of Andrew Luck not being able to play last year will drop Carson Wentz slightly where his value will be off the charts.
Major off season moves have been made, now that the NFL draft is over. We will go through each team to talk about the major draft picks and how this will impact the team for the 2018 season. We will also do our draft, in which we select the teams that we will cover each week for the new season.
In this week's episode; Brandon actually wants the Bears back to cover this year, Ashley says to go grab Courtland Sutton and Royce Freeman, and Courtney is upset over the Sam Darold pick up as a Josh McCown fan.
Free agency has started and there were a ton of moves. Some moves made sense whereas some were a little head turning. In this week's episode, we will talk through the major changes and discuss the potential fantasy impact they might have on the 2018 season. Ashley is a bit concerned that the Broncos will not adjust their play calls to Case Keenum's skill set, Courtney is very excited on a personal and professional level about Sammy Watkins going to the Chiefs, whereas Brandon is a bit less excited about the Sammy Watkins move.
We will be going through the playoff journey game by game, all the way through the Super Bowl. What can we expect from these teams in the future and what is unknown? We also chat a bit about the Jimmy Garoppolo block buster contract and Josh McDaniels head coach slight.
The Super Bowl is almost here! In this episode we will obviously talk about the upcoming Super Bowl, go through some Super Bowl prop bets, talk about the crazy blockbuster trade of Alex Smith to the Redskins and Tom vs. Time has entered our lives which has to be analyzed with a fine tooth comb.
The season is over and now it is time to reflect. We will each go through the teams we covered this season to talk through the highs and lows.
In this week's episode, Brandon comments on the hilarity of the Browns parade plus their 2033 Super Bowl party planning, Ashley praises the system of the Vikings this year and Courtney predicts the 49ers will be the 2019 Super Bowl Champions. She was kidding but I think we should hold her to that prediction.
