EP 24 SOLO Episode - When NOTHING goes as planned

In this solo episode, I’m sharing from the heart about how my so-called failures have actually been redirections — guiding me toward new possibilities, new passions, and deeper alignment with my purpose. When things don’t go as planned, it’s not the end — it’s the Universe saying, “There’s something even better waiting for you.”We’ll explore:✨ The power of intention and how to realign when you feel lost✨ Why detours are often divine guidance in disguise✨ The courage it takes to say YES when opportunity knocks✨ And the illusion that we’re ever truly alone — when in fact, there are so many people waiting to hear your voice and feel your lightThis is your reminder to reconnect, redirect, and most importantly, enjoy the ride.Look at your accomplishments – Celebrate how far you’ve come; evidence of your resilience is everywhere.See a detour as an opportunity to explore – Every redirection is a chance to learn, expand, and discover hidden gifts. The power of intention – Get clear on what you truly want. The Universe can’t deliver what you haven’t claimed. If you’re ready to step into your power, love your body, and awaken your confidence from the inside out — join me for my course “Unleash The Inner Goddess.”A playful, transformative experience to reconnect with your feminine fire, feel sexy, and radiate unstoppable confidence.https://pinkstarmusic.com/reclaim-your-inner-goddessIf this resonated with you, please like, comment, share and subscribe!!!

Overwhelm shows up in so many ways—anger, frustration, impatience, even illness. That’s your body asking for compassion. Give yourself permission to rest. Yes, consistency matters—but your health will always matter more.I’d love to hear from you: How are you feeling right now? What are you struggling with? EP2 - STOP PLAYING small - It's Your Time To Shine

1. Cut the Apologies, Claim Your Space – Every time you catch yourself saying “sorry” when you didn’t do anything wrong, STOP. Replace it with strength. Instead of “Sorry for talking too much,” say, “I have something valuable to say.” Instead of stepping aside for everyone else, hold your ground.2. Make Decisions Like a Boss—Without Permission – You don’t need approval to live your life. The next time you hesitate, ask yourself: ‘If I fully trusted myself, what would I do?’ Then DO IT. No second-guessing, no waiting for a green light.3. Speak with Power, Not Permission – Weak language makes you small. Cut the “I think” and “Maybe” from your vocabulary. Speak as if you mean it. Next time you introduce yourself, say it with presence—OWN your name, your voice, your damn existence.4. Say NO Without Explaining – Boundaries aren’t suggestions. You don’t owe anyone an excuse for prioritizing yourself. Practice this: When you want to say no, say it and STOP TALKING. Let the silence sit. They’ll deal.5. Step Into the Identity of Who You WANT to Be—Now – No waiting, no ‘when I’m ready’ BS. Walk, talk, and act like the most confident, successful version of yourself TODAY. Not next year. Not next week. Now. Dress like her. Move like her. Make choices like her. Because you BECOME her by stepping into her NOW.No more shrinking. No more dimming. No more waiting. You either own your power or you give it away. Decide which version of you is running the show—because the world responds to the energy you put out. Now go take up some damn space!"Take Action!!!Now that you’ve got the tools, let’s lock them in. Take a deep breath in... and let it out. Close your eyes for just a moment—unless you’re driving. 😆 Now picture the most unapologetic, confident version of yourself. See her. Feel her energy. How does she move? How does she speak? What does she no longer tolerate? Now, stand up—yes, physically stand up if you can. Roll your shoulders back, lift your chin, and plant your feet like you own the ground you stand on. Take a deep breath and say this out loud: ‘I take up space. I own my power. I say YES to myself. I say NO without guilt. I am DONE playing small.’Now open your eyes. That energy? That’s YOU. Take her with you today. No shrinking back. No apologizing for existing.PS: If you're ready to de-clutter your space from what's been weighing you down, join me in my declutter course—because when you clear your space, you clear your energy and life. Make room for the next-level YOU.
