The truth is that we are not going to see eye to eye with everyone all the time. This is a guarantee. If we aren’t aiming for empathy, it can be very easy to misunderstand the other person’s perspective or, in many cases, not even to consider it at all. In today's episode, Erin shares simple steps for aiming to understand and truly empathize with someone else's point of view.
