Watching the Senate committee hearings for Judge Amy Coney Barrett, the topic of felons owning firearms in the United States came up. Here are my thoughts and my own internal struggle on the topic.

There’s a lot of bad information out there coming from every possible side. I try to clear that up with affidavits and reporting from all official sources.

The anti-gun movement has done its best to convince the general public that AR-15‘s and the use of them in mass killings is a crisis, therefore they need to be banned. We use facts and numbers to prove them wrong in this episode!

HR8 and HR1112 anti-gun bills pass in the House with republican support.

No one has ever accused politicians in Washington DC of being honest, and HR 1112 is no different. This bill seeks to infringe upon every honest, law-abiding gun owner in America when they go to legally purchase firearms.

There is never any shortage of gun legislation limiting our second amendment rights whenever Democrats feel empowered and Republicans or hiding from their responsibility.

We can’t just abandon California even though they are seemingly a lost calls when it comes to guns. Also, Paul discusses what the anti-gun left really wants and that is to outlaw private gun sales and gifting of guns to family members.

We discuss Senator Marco Rubio’s new red flag bill he’s proposing and how the NRA has supported similar legislation.

Judge Brett Kavanaugh has proven with his record his support for AR-15's and not allowing them to be banned, more notably in the Washington DC area. He is an ally of the second amendment.
